Damage Control support

With live replies on, the person you're texting is written by AI and answers your actual words. With them off, the app uses written replies and nothing leaves your phone. You can switch at any time in Settings.

Only on your phone. When live replies are on, each message is sent to get the reply, but no copy is kept on our side. Rehearsals can't be shared or exported.

Open Settings (the gear on the Play tab) and tap Restore purchases. It uses your Apple Account, so it also works on a new iPhone.

Rehearsal credits are used up when you use them, so Apple doesn't keep them on your account and Restore purchases can't bring them back. Write to me with the date of the purchase and I'll help.

Each phone gets a set number of free live replies, and there is a daily limit to keep the app affordable. When it's reached, the game carries on with written replies. In a paid rehearsal the app tells you and offers written replies or your rehearsal back.

Every rehearsal is checked before it starts. A few kinds of situation, such as ones involving self-harm or pressuring someone, are declined, and the rehearsal is given back to you. If you're going through something serious, please talk to someone you trust or a local helpline.

Deleting the app deletes everything on your phone. The only thing our server keeps is a count of live replies used by your phone's random identifier. Send me the identifier (Settings -> What leaves your phone) and I'll delete it.
